These images were photographed using a Game Boy Camera - an accessory released in 1998 which allows the user to take pictures using a Nintendo Game Boy. With a maximum resolution of 128 x 128 pixels, the device reduces the subject into a highly-pixelated image displayed in a 4-color palette on the handheld game system’s screen.
